Fairly clean and QUAINT accom with exceptional and marvellous location near many historical sites in downtown Puebla, the center of the tourist hub, and Cholula and Puebla. A safe box, television, and tea and coffee making equipment in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

Had a such wonderful time. Well priced and beautifully designed venue, good location near to the main historic downtown area, Cholula, and the Zócalo, appreciated our stay. The breakfast was enormous and excellent with meat dishes and meat, for instance, exactly what we required

Additionally, the hotel's location in the center of downtown was convenient, with everything within walking distance. All in all, it was a great stay!

Lovely boutique gem in the old part of town. From friendly valet to gracious manager, they have hospitality down to a fine art. Great breakfast included! Decor in rooms is tasteful and they are updated with modern amenities. The building dates back several centuries and was refurbished some years ago. Super location just a short stroll to the town center and cathedral. Top level sports a fully equipped gym and a fabulous spa. There are three restaurants to choose from, and we dined on the terrace on the third floor. Happily, the terrace bar on Fridays is entertaining with a very good performer.

One downside is that rooms are not very generous in size, although we found them clean and comfortable. The real issue, though, is with service.

Some rooms may be a little noisy due to the central courtyard, but this is a minor issue.
